Our goal at OG's (aka the Old German Butchery) is to provide an online platform to choose your center of the plate protein and learn the old methods, practices, and techniques of butchery to provide for your family and yourself. We believe that these techniques and skills will bring people closer to their food, provide them with knowledge about their center of the plate protein, and promote individual sovereignty. We provide classes where you will learn cuts and preparations of protein for how you like to cook. We also do custom game processing all over the state of Nevada and Texas, if you have a once-in-a-lifetime tag or already harvested game animal, give us a call to set you up with the knowledge or we can process it for you!

Honestly, we dislike a majority of these terms that are not so easily defined. "Organic" certainly does not mean what it is supposed to. Back in the day, as we say, it was just farming and ranching. American agriculture and our hunting and fishing heritage in this country is quite possibly the most important pillar of our society, and we must create a closer or connection or suffer the consequences of not knowing where our food comes from.
